Candiria in Studio writing new music

This month Candiria will be in Jupiter4 Studios laying down drum tracks for a spring 2011 release. Ken Schalk will be behind the kit, Carley Coma vocalizing, John LaMacchia, Guitar and Trevor Dunn of Mr. Bungle/Fantomas will be playing some guest Bass guitar on a few tracks. Julie Christmas makes the Village Voice 2010 Mix tape!!

Julie Christmas' song, Bow from her Rising Pulse Records debut 'The Bad Wife' was selected by the villagevoice.com to be one of the tracks on The Best Local Music Of 2010 mixtape. Also making the cut was NYC's Marnie Stern, Hydra Head Recording artists The Austerity Program and Brooklyn Experimentalists, Sightings. You can download the free mix tape HERE
